****** PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THE UPDATED RULES ******* Greetings and Welcome to the Witches Emporium Night hosted by Enchanted Witchery. A weekly event that brings forth unique handcrafted Witch Wares, Specialty Pagan Items, Beautiful Enchantments and a night filled with magic. If you are joining us for the 1st time we welcome you to the event and do hope you enjoy your evening with us. What follows is how it all works.. The simple rules.. Being a part of the magic here begins by you coming onto the Enchanted Witchery Facebook page. You will see the items offered come up in posts, these posts will show the available quantity of each item if more then one is available. How do you purchase one: Be the 1st to Post SOLD on the item that you wish to purchase. If you are THE 1ST to post, you will be the lucky winner. If the item is offered in multiples then you would need to be one of the 1st posts in order to be able to purchase. If you are an accepted post you will receive a message back stating that the item is yours (It belongs to you) At this time you will need to send over a private message on Facebook with your information: Item #s Name of Item and Cost of Item: Full Name: Email Address: Mailing Address: Once this info has been receive you will start a tab for the evening. Each time you are the Lucky Winner you will need to forward over just the item information. PAYMENT: All Payments are Due by 10:00am the day after the Emporium unless previous arrangements have been made. There is no exception to this rule, if Items are not paid for by 10:00am they will be returned back to stock. I am sorry to have to say this but if you do not pay your invoice you will be asked not to return to our Emporium night. A lot of hard work, energy, time and magic goes into the making of my witch wares. If you are not sincere in purchasing then please do us all a favor and do not. Many want an item and it is just not fair if you are the winner and then do not make your payment. For years we have now been running this event and 99.9% of all who join us are just the best customers one could ask for, but there is always that .1% that spoil it. So although I really do not like saying anything like this, or making this statement I have no other choice.. At the end of the event be sure that all of your information is correct, all items purchased are listed and your email address is posted in a private message to us. You will be sent over a PayPal invoice for you purchases. Paypal is a secure server and your information is never revealed. YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM to pay with your credit card for your purchases. SHIPPING: Please Note: there have been changes to our shipping policy. After your payment has been received your ordered products will be packaged for shipping. It is our goal to get you your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders Paid on the day following the Emporium will be processed and shipped in the order to which they have been received. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We will ship USPS Priority Mail which will get to most within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. NOTE: IF YOUR PURCHASE IS OVER $50.00 IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU TAKE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE. It is a minimal amount and is calculated by the total cost of the order. This will be included in the shipping charges that show on your invoice.
