NEW PRAYERS Laura Ann Lechinger: from Houston IN Church of God. She is going to need a liver transplant. Until she does, she will have the health problems she has been having. Appreciate prayers. Her mother Marie Hall Ray Wooten: long time elder in the CoG, is having health problems. He came home from the FOT, very weak,,, tests were done, and he had a mass of something in his liver. A biopsy was done, on the right side of the liver, and it was determined to be benign,,, he has had other tests done, since, and they believe that he has cancer in his gall bladder, and maybe in another part of his liver. Biopsys were done, and the results will be in this coming Thursday, when he will visit his oncologist. Prayers for him, and his family, are requested. (1 Tim 2: 1-4) DEATHS, BIRTHS, MISCELLANEOUS Kim Hughes’ husband: who we all got to know at the feast, called me this morning and asked me to PLEASE let you all know that her husband (also well-known at the feast) died of a heart attack this past Saturday night. He has been ill--as you we all know--from what was thought to be Lyme Disease...and Saturday was feeling worse than usual, but kept refusing to go to the doctor. Kim said that by evening he was pale and looked really bad. He said if he wasnt feeling better by morning he might need to go in and she wanted to go right then. He said No--go on to bed. Then he called her into the living room where he was in a recliner at 11 and said she better call and she immediately called 911. They took him fast in the ambulance and she could see in the window that they were doing chest compressions...and the hospital is 10 miles away. He passed in the ambulance. The funeral is this afternoon at 2:00 in Mena, AR. Her son, Matt is with her. For those who might not know it, the address is 165 Polk Road 191, Mena, AR 71953 and the phone number for Kim is 479-243-8981. She wanted me to give you all that information. Marcie Arnold’s Dad: I am sad to inform you that Marcie’s dad age 88, passed tonight. Marcie is Jim Arnold’s wife. Jim is the pastor of the Oklahoma City Fellowship Church of God. After suffering a heart attack, he was taken to St. Frances Hospital where he was put on life support awaiting his wife Linna and Marcie and family to arrive where they made the decision to remove him from all external support. He passed quietly around 8pm Nov 5 with his family all present. Please pray for the family. NOTHING MAKES US LOVE A PERSON AS MUCH AS PRAYING FOR THEM.
