*****PRESS CENTRE***** Last nights featured game was from our Laguna Health & Spa business league encounter between Motonova vs RPJ Builders. It was the RPJ lads who got the game underway and they started brightly as they were quick to get into their stride. Motonova were quick to up their game and showed they were up for the challenge ahead as it was evenly matched early on with both sides playing some neat football. At half time the score was 11-9 to Motonova. The second half started at a ferocious pace and it was Motonova who remained in the ascendancy until late on in the game. With 7 minutes remaining of the closely fought game Motonova were handed a lifeline as they were helped by some disciplinary faults from the RPJ Builders as a player got sent off for 2 minute suspension. However, it was Motonova who failed to capitalise and it was Tim Jones of RPJ who upped his game in the final 5 minutes to earn Man of the Match as he helped RPJ to a 15-15 draw.
