He is only being sold due to owners lack of time for him. Rio is a very kind natured horse who is easy to do in all aspects he is always sound and has good clean legs & feet. His currently jumping 1.50 at home with a big careful jump. If he is produced correctly there is no reason that he cant jump 1.40+ tracks competitively.
