=PROMOTION= We are pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Shetland to Quality and Compliance Coordinator for the Quality where she will be responsible for coordinating and administrating the companys product safety and compliance program and assisting with quality and safety evaluation. Amanda started as a Contact Center associate in early 2006. During Amandas early years at S&S, she amassed a vast knowledge of our diverse customer base, how they order, why they place orders and what our customers expect from S&S. Those talents were recognized by the contact center management team and Amanda was promoted to Team Leader and then later to Senior Team Leader. Amanda has worked with many of our OPS and has attained an extensive knowledge of our systems and S&S processes and procedures. Her dedication to always creating the “WOW experience for our customers as well as co-workers is exemplary. Please join us in congratulating Amanda and wishing her success in her new role!
