=PROMOTION= We are pleased to announce the promotion of Annette Rivera to the position of Sales Coordinator. Annette is now responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Sales Department and Contact Center Leadership Team. Annette joined the S&S family in April of 2007 as a Quality Inspector. For the last 7 years, Annette has shown passion, leadership and organizational qualities that have continued to make an impression on everyone. She is the go-to person for getting the job done. Annette is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has put those skills to use in various projects over the years, both within and outside of her department. In 2010, she earned the role of Quality Coordinator and was responsible for the daily activities of the Quality Department. Her work ethic, dedication, and continuous improvement spirit continue to inspire and challenge her teammates.
