This will include: The overall management of the production facility, including all shopfloor staff, with a team of four supervisors reporting to you directly, staff training, motivation, appraisals, non-conformance reviews and disciplinary. Assessing the need for, planning and implementing systems and process improvements throughout the works, to deliver improved efficiencies. Productions scheduling and management of the workflow. Data analysis Health and Safety Quality Control Waste Control You: You have experience of manufacturing, fabrication and production ideally within the Sign Industry or a similar type manufacturing organisation. You have excellent operational, organisational and managerial skills. PC skills essential, as report writing and data analysis required. Sound like you?
