[Part-time job] Marketing Job description – Communication Officer (part-time) Job Title: Communication Officer (part-time) Hours of works: at least 20 hours per week. 2 shifts: 9am – 12pm, 2pm – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. This position will create and maintain an engaged community and media relations through print and electronic efforts, and is responsible for the day-to-day branding of IBEST in alignment with its strategic goals and mission. Key Accountabilities: (1) Brand development and management - Create a brand image and roadmap that is driven by IBEST mission. - Work with graphic designer to develop the visual representation of the brand. - Incorporate the brand in all IBEST communication and ensure all staff are trained to integrate. (2) Print and online communication with general public - Develop a monthly communication plan and schedule to weave together program events with awareness-raising communication. - Write, produce and recommend efficiencies in scheduling and production for online and print newsletters. (3) Media Relations - Write and disseminate press releases. - Develop relationships with national press outlets and recommend collaborative partnerships for content-sharing.
