********************************Party Reminder******************************** To those of you who are families of Ward 84 (or Bordchardt) and have shown an interest in attending the Ward 84 Party on 20th July; if you have not responded to your invitation or provided the requested information regarding attendees, there is a risk you will not be catered for or have party bags allocated for your children. The main information we need to be confirmed is your email address, the size of your party and the age & gender of any children attending. To give you a better understanding, upon arrival at the party we will be checking people off a ‘confirmed’ guest list (people who have provided all requested information & have confirmed their attendance via the email invite). These people will receive an envelope containing information for the day, a raffle ticket & vouchers for their children’s party bags. If you are not on the ‘confirmed’ list, you will not receive an envelope. It is also vital that we have this information for our volunteers who need to know numbers for donation requests, food and supplies etc. If you have not yet confirmed your details, are unsure if you have provided this information, have not received your invite or have any questions please feel free to contact me.
