#PerfectBakasana Day10 It was a great pleasure to do this challenge with you all! We will announce the winner in a week! Thanks @serrasagra and @solunamood ! So here we go: Go into the Bakasana. Straighten your elbows. Keep it for a breath then WE GONNA PRESS OURSELVES TO HANDSTAND! Ok i know now you gonna say holy mother how? On day 6 we already starting to prepare for it. Here is the technic and i will share another video about it today. Try not to bend your elbows at all. Make sure you really feel and control your whole body. Tighten your hips, slowly lift your hips up, at the same time slightly move forward with your shoulders and then straight your legs and tighten your legs aswell (keep your hips high). Since your wings are set, Now you are ready to fly! Press yourself through your back and shoulder muscles and tighten your core (feel like someones gonna hit your belly). While your legs go up start to move back with your shoulders into the same line with your wrist. Now you are in Handstand pose. Hold the handstand for a breath (do against the wall if you want), then bend your knees and start to move forward with your shoulders and your elbows still straight, slowly touch your arms with your knees and fly over the Rainbow #PerfectBasakana Dont forget to warm up before doing the exercises.
