Much OUTRAGE over Public Records request results and more antics by the few horse haters… ~ “After viewing the requested public records offered by the Director of Albuquerque Open Space (and it can be certain that these were not the totality and are hand selected by him)… perpetrated collusion and fraud? What is the agenda and what is the payoff? This community wants someone who will LISTEN TO THEM and NOT someone who does the horse haters bidding.” “He has acted on their lies, told lies, and even volunteered for a deposition allowing the horses to be entrapped/rounded up and disposed of. Where is the neutrality? Is he either organizing or capitalizing on it? His actions are offensive. There are sightings of his cronies cutting fences/driving horses toward private gates just to substantiate his claims. There are e-mails almost daily between him and the horse haters and he has given them a blank check to do whatever they want. And not only in the Open Space but through-out the community and on private properties.” “This is totally unethical behavior for his office or person. There are many in Placitas that are OUTRAGED at the lies, bullying and threats perhaps encouraged by him. He NEVER offered to work with this community, just THEM, even though he was part of the Task Force (Farce). Total conflict of interest. Of Constituent Services EMAIL: [email protected], (505) 768-3000 ** We want the P in POS (Placitas Open Space) to stand for Placitans! ** ~ FROM ANOTHER PLACITAN regarding one of the wild horse haters who tries to blame those who are pro horses of cutting fences... ~ • This is the same yahoo who was caught trying to fence off the only available water source for a seriously ill mare and her foals. • Yahoos who fence off water sources work hand-in-glove with BLM and NMLB to illegally lure and trap horses, send them to filthy holding pens where they are abused beyond belief, and support selling them to kill buyers for more torture prior to a gruesome death. • We (I) have never known of a pro-horse person cutting a legal fence. • Pro-horse people invest time and money protecting the animals and trying to make their lives better. These people apparently prefer to harass and abuse them. • It is far, far more likely that damage done to Open Space fences and gates was done by yahoos (chickensh!ts is another term I have heard used) rather than pro-horse people. • Does anybody know WHY these gates are locked? Is this another Matt Schmader/Dave Reynolds/Mike Neas collaboration? It seems odd to lock up an OPEN Space, doesn’t it?
