++Please SHARE++ The time for full transparency on the matter of how the new Tappan Zee Bridge will be paid for AND exactly what the plan is to ensure tolls do not rise to a point of pain is long overdue. To that end, I will be holding a joint press conference Monday in Nyack, joined by my partner across the river, Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, to offer some specific solutions to the funding predicament and call on Governor Cuomo and the New York State Thruway Authority to join us is putting forth a clear and concise funding plan for the new $3.9 billion Tappan Zee Bridge now.
