Using a similar format to the chest and back I started my session off with some mobility work then moved onto the hamstring phase of my workout. Trained in a different gym yesterday and so had to change up my exercises but this is what I done. 1)3x10 on stuff leg deadlifts 2) 3x15 seated leg curls 3) 3x 15 on laying leg curls 4) 1 x20 Swiss ball curls. I then moved onto the quads, finishing up with some body weight squat jumps, jops, single leg squats and lateral lunges. #love #personaltraining #fitness #motivation #success #positive #mind #training #inspire #coaching #excel #ticeit #follow @ticeit
