#Politicalism1.0# Why is it that majority of the developing countries (oh! Dayo Olopade said we should consider new vocabulary Lean and Fat countries - Lean countries in this context) are orthodoxically driven when majority of the developed countries (fat countries) often politically and systematically go against neo-liberal economic policies such as free trade, free market etc with policy intervention and policy recipes??? Africa wake up! Africa is not a second fiddle continent where anything goes. The cradle of civilization owe its genesis to African continent. Perhaps, and just maybe its this second fiddleness we exemplify that makes the world to see us just the way they do. We are not advocating for ethnocentrism nor whatever - all we are saying is that our Africanness must be celebrated and recognized! We must tell it to the world that Being BLACK has no question tag on it! #AkinTolaSpeaks# 492 delegates in the on-going National Conference should be mindful of the Future because where we are today is the consequence of where some people in the past led us. We might not have the power to undo the past, but we have the capacity and capability to make the future better - starting TODAY!!!!
