☆ Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. When my children were much younger I use to struggle with my parenting in some areas.. The enemy would come at me from all angles .. I read them bible verses constantly. And even had them Memorize them. They both attended private christian schools and just a few years ago my daughter graduated from a local Christian university ... Even with all this the enemy would taunt me with the question, Had I done enough? Did I read enough scripture to them? Did we attend enough church services? Did I pray enough with them? And on and on. It was endless and almost tormenting at times. My children were great and never caused me any worry whatsoever. So why was I feeding such nonsense. After spending much time in prayer God showed me that I was allowing fear and doubt to creep into my heart where trust, strength and power should be dwelling. After all Gods word will not go out void . All This truth finally got down deep into my spirit. I was then able to shed the shackles of this false guilt and able to walk in the confidence knowing that I had exposed my children to biblical truths that would impact their lives forever. I am proud to say that they both serve the lord and are operating in the gifts and talents God has blessed them with..So the next time the enemy tries to come at you with false guilt in any area shut him Down with biblical truths!!!.... AMEN !!!!
