“Pulp Fiction” is next summer movie FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 15, 2013) – The Grand Theatre’s Classic Film Series continues at 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 20, with the crime-thriller “Pulp Fiction.” Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta play professional hit men in a story that weaves together vivid characters and compelling stories of crime and intrigue in the Los Angeles area. Director and co-writer Quentin Tarantino provides the narrative thrust with his trade-mark crackling dialogue. The film also stars Uma Thurman and Bruce Willis. “Pulp Fiction” won an Academy Award in 1995 for best original screenplay. “Pulp Fiction” is rated “R.” The running time is 154 minutes Admission is $6 and may be purchased at the Grand Theatre ticket office, 312 W. Main St., weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. or at the door. ***
