#QuestionFromMyInbox: #SproutedGrains? Any benefit? Seeds/grains, such as rice, wheat, barley etc (even beans and legumes) start to sprout just before the grain turns into a fully functioning plant. We dont have enough research to make *official* statements yet but it is believed these sprouted grains have a lower glycemic response (bc the plant uses up some of the starch to grow) AND sprouting unlocks the nutrients so they may be better absorbed/utilized by our bodies.
