*RE-EDITED VERSION with CHEESE* Recap time! East European Comic Con 2014... While im fighting with some sore throat ( im about to win ^^ ) i thought is not a bad idea to write some recap about the recently ended EECC2014. Lets see... We started our journey at thursday noon with a really excited bunch of Solidsnake Cosplay, Effy Cosplay, Eclair Photography, Phoenix Feather Works Photography, Dya Smiling cosplayer, Shayola Artwork, Péter Kata and Kéki Patrik. The trip was fun, especially when we found the car audios USB input :) Arriving around 2 AM at OldTown@Bucharest was priceless... beeeeeds!!!! Friday got us full of energy and high hopes ... and RUUUUN TO THE VENUEEE!!!!! :) We arrived just in time after a little detour and... man, i was amazed! The new place was so bigger, altough there was a large empty place between buildings where a HUGE bunch of people crowded around the ticket vendor, the RomExpo C6 seemed way larger.. and it was! Quickly entered the main hall and got our badges, thanks for the arrangement goes to Fort Knox PR s marvelous goddesses, Miriam Mircea and Ioana Raluca Popescu. So, after changing to Ezio, we headed out to the crowd and.. i can say only one thing: awesome! I was so happy to meet my old friends there, like Dyana Smythe, Kimi Kitti Lush, Black Ace, Zaky Demi Human, Claudia Geatara, Laura Ghimpete, Andrea Taane and so many more i could not track everone in the haste...but had to miss a few why i feel really sorry...( hope you read this Nena? :) Ayame... ) And now i could write walls of text about all the fun we had there... but let me recap a few of them only... On the first day while my bro, Red gaku Cosplay and Patrik Kéki went on stage to arrest to Her Most Magnificent Word Juggler, Ken Huegel and then Ezio came to the rescue... it came to us as a joke and.. hopefully it worked. :D On the next day, i changed to Jedi-Wan ^^ and i thought our lives will be easier, because this outfit seemed chillier... nope, busteeed... it was practically hotter ( in every sense.. :) okay, maybe dont...i like Ezios colors a little bit more... ) Our League of Legends cosplayers got the attention, so i was quite happy just to tag along and finally meet Mina Petrovic and Delusor... and with them an excellent group and cosplayers and staff, Isidora and Vladimir, Igor and Bojan... Sweet God i will run out of space if i want to put here every person :) But meeting new friends who we share lots of interests is always a pleasure! :) ( Byy...your.mand... ^^ ) So, Saturday flew away like an ICBM Cruise Missile with people, fun, photos and making hilarious things... sshht... dont tell anybody..:P But at the end of the day a nice plate of dead animals and green stuff a.k.a. Kebab could make anyone happy :D Party on people, drama off.. so everyone was fine ^^ At Sunday... so, the day of the skit contest. When i woke up i had to realize we did not had any choreography... but that is for weaklings ^^ so we will pull off something from the hat. In CosFighters we are really good pulling surprises... so why not this time. When we arrived at the backstage our third member Robin was nowhere. Phone on: Where are you Bro? - Sleeping... you just woke me up..aand... shit... i will run there... I have to say i was a little concerned and honestly after seeing Isidora and Vladimir as the Lannisters i was like Oh damn, were f***ed up... i saw only them on stage and.. I NEED A VIDEO!!!! :) After that we was the next... we went up then came down. That summarized everything :) At the end where the judges decided our fate... i was very hyped. Okay, i had to revert back to regular photo-guy outfit and just waited for the results... ..and i will surely be killed but forgot to add @Steven Cojo as Vaas. Now i correct my errors. Man, you was already awesome at the first EECC...:P At the end i was REALLY surprised. Two hungarian cosplayers got selected by the judges, 3rd place for Aoime Cosplay World as Viola from Soul Calibur ( my personal favourite, sorry.. :) ) and 1st place went to Cassidy cosplay. Against all beliefs i was happy for them :) And then came the skits... i never got any impression that we could qualify in that strong lineup. When the third place was announced i was like damn, we might lost our chance..but the second 3rd place was surprised me. What? The Lannisters came out 3rd? WuT? And then..2nd place: s.. ) ! I was like W.T.F??? WOOT!!!! ( and the other guys was away somewhere...duh ) After that everything was fine. The first place went to Visual Madness for their Loki skit... The Judges, Giada Robin, Yaya Han and Kamui Cosplay made their best and..everyone smiled, flashes went off and we went to the backstage to congratulate everyone who tried their best. Then we went off to eat, drink one last time together, pester each other about silly things, make flirty comments ( sometimes they went so hilarious we are nearly drowned in our drinks .. :) ) At the end, we had to go home on monday. Packed everything, jumped into the van and.. headed into Bran castle..and then home. Successfully got an achievement - Group Picture in the middle of a Cloud - 10points. :) We arrived home late, tired but full of good memories and new friends. I hope the next EECC will be at least this fun, bus so far it seems to get bigger and better every year! Now, this is the time i have to say my and our thanks to the backstage staff for the excellent help ( yeah, reading this, Rah Balaşov ? < This guy was our saviour :P :) ) as well as every member of the staff, Mihu Tureac, plus Silviu Dănăilă :) A BIG HOORAY and CHEERS for our MAGNIFICENT HOST!!!!
