[REGARDING FUTURE CONCERT GOODS PRE-ORDERS] Hello, this is a notification from Nika. As most of you know, two months ago I offered to buy concert goods for those Hyphens who couldnt go to the concert themselves (just as I did in previous years). Id like to thank everyone who sent me kind messages and who notified me when they had received their goods, as its always been my pleasure to get goods for Hyphens. However, a few days ago I received a PayPal complaint from one Hyphen who paid for their goods more than a month ago and whose goods have been sent more than a month ago as well, but who now withdraws her payment (apparently you can do that with PayPal?) and claims her payment is invalid, and therefore demands a refund of over 90 USD. Since her items have been sent in Japan with SAL (which does not require a customs declaration form nor has a tracking number) I dont have any proof that her items have been sent (although I have received notifications from other Hyphens whose items did arrive perfectly fine - apart from one order, where I accidentally forgot to add 1 item). I tried contacting the Hyphen, but so far I havent received any reply yet. Because of all this, I have decided to stop offering this goods service for awhile. I really enjoyed making some Hyphens happy with this, and I know its unfair to all of you whom I never had a problem with. If it was only a small amount Id let it slip, but having an official complaint filed against you and losing over 90 USD over something youd hoped would make the buyer happy, really makes you wonder why on earth youve bothered with this in the first place.
