*RESCUE UPDATE* We have amazing news! Browney Bear, the dog that had his paw severely mangled by a hunting trap in Detroit, is in a foster to adopt home while he recovers from Heart Worm treatment. Browneys wound was so infected that he ended up needing his arm and shoulder amputated, but he is recovering nicely and adjusting great! His new family is dedicated to giving Browney all the help he needs and they even have an outdoor ramp for him. So far, Browney is loving life in his first home and enjoys story time with his new friend while he gets some much needed rest.
