*** RHAPSODY IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLINE TONIGHT *** We all know George Gershwins Rhapsody in Blue....meet RHAPSODY in Black....RHAPSODY is a little peanut, painfully thin, and his tail is tucked. He responds to a gentle touch, calm voice, and he clearly wants to trust and love, but isnt sure how his overtures will be received and clearly not accustomed to the niceties of life. He walks with perfect leash manners, and goes potty right away. RHAPSODY is hand shy, but the more he is stroked, the more he responds, eventually warming up and showing his trust. After a walk to the park and off leash in the backyard, RHAPSODY explores the pen, going to the gate to say hello to other dogs that stop. His body language is shy but welcoming. Hes being fed an extra meal daily to help him gain some weight, and as hungry as he is takes treats very gently. RHAPSODY needs a home in which he can feel safe, loved and reassured that humans are the source of good things....nutritious food, a warm bed, and loving arms. Even at full weight he will be a compact little guy able to fit into most living situations. He so needs us and so wants to love us.....can we show him that we are worthy of his love?
