((Random headcanons time... Im thinking of adding a few new scars on my character. He currently has a irritated looking first degree burn on the left side below his ribcage from the current eruption, because the lava field (which they have now apparently named Nórnahraun) is currently the largest Iceland has seen in the last 200 years... and the eruption is still going on so we can only expect the lava field to continue growing. But because of the scale of the current eruption is nowhere near Laki, the eruption that almost killed Iceland in 1783-85 and left a big scar on his back, the burn from this time wont leave a permanent, visible scar on him. That being said, Id also imagine Ice to have him to have burn scars from Surtsey and Heimaey eruptions at least, probably somewhere on his legs, but again, those eruptions were a lot smaller than Laki, so the scars have healed to the point where theyre indistinguishable.))
