#RandomMusing... Yesterday, I was invited over to dinner by this wonderful and sweet, couple. While eating, the beautiful wife asked me what I really want from a woman in marriage. Well, because really I want to learn, I refused to give one of those high headed, intellectual, answers. Instead, I just said stared at her blankly - saying nothing... Then, the husband, sensing my blankness, gave me something to ponder on.. He said We have studied you for a long time and have seen that you are smart and intelligent. But young, smart and ambitious men like you RARELY make a successful husband because you think you know everything. You get easily irritated and bored with the constancy of many things.. The husband paused, picked up an handkerchief and wiped his mouth smeared with olive oil from the chicken breasts .. And in a well orchestrated manner, the wife cut in..In marriage, you should go for a woman with a great conversational skill and full of passion, not a woman with a great debating and logical skills. The former breeds harmony and peace while the latter breeds hate and strife. And believe me you dont want to live with a hateful woman because she will always want to win during arguments and will never give you peace. Above all you need a Godly woman. I chewed the large portion of chicken in my mouth and washed it down with a glass of Carlo Rossi white wine.. As a gift, I took away a neatly wrapped bottle of Moet and Chandon. This is going to be a link to the great advice I got on marriage.. I guess the advice is what is keeping this family. I am still pondering.. So friends, what do you have to say?
