Ref : J / 10 -2013 Risk Manager - Global Wealth Management responsibilities •Independent review and assessment of client suitability profile based on data collected from client and client facing staff •Review and assess potential suitability issues on a pre execution basis •Review and assess concentration issues •Review Investor trade blotter •React to, manage and handle potential client situations e.g. trading errors or client complaints •Perform change management in respect of changes in policies / procedures / processes where these relate to investment activities e.g. implementation and training on enhanced suitability framework; new trading protocol; etc. •At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role from a major private bank or wealth manager •10 to 12 years of total working experience with preference given to relevant background in private banking risk management •Chinese language skills in particular ability to read as well as understand Mandarin is mandatory •Must be assertive, possess strong interpersonal skills and high level of maturity in order to deal with client situations, react to and manage a fluid evolving situation •The person should be experienced, resilient and be able to work on various issues under pressure and meet deadlines.
