**Referral Bonus Program** Everyone knows a former co-worker, friend or family member in their network exploring the IT market... so keep reading!! :) Here is how it works, refer a candidate to me, and if they are not in our database, or tied to a recruiter in our database - you will be eligible for $500 at their 90th day of employment – pretty simple and straight forward. What seems to work best is sending an email to me with your referrals information, so I know where it came from and can ensure you get credit – however, if you prefer them to reach out to me direct, please make sure you have them share your name. As soon as I receive the candidate information, I will confirm with you that you are eligible, based on potential previous records in our database.
