*Reps Update on Swindon Library* A meeting regarding Swindon library issues took place on 15th October 2014 via Google hangouts. The Meeting included Helen Workman (Head Of Library) and two of her colleagues Robert Curry and Stuart Hunt. The reps from Swindon Hells Curwood and Carmen Paramanis were in the meeting via Google hangout from Swindon. The members of staff did confirm that there were issues with the library services in Swindon and that a lot of work has been put in place in trying to resolve these issues. The effort to improve the Swindon library issues had begun before this meeting and the Reps did confirm that there was a significant improvement in the provision of services at the Swindon Library. The members of staff from the library did recognise that there is more work to be done and they are doing all they can to improve the services at the Swindon library. They also noted that the issues with the Swindon library were being faced by other libraries at different campuses. They have increased the staff resources at the Swindon library as one of the actions to improve library services better. In addition the Library members of staff have taken the email addresses of the Reps at Swindon and have requested the reps to keep in touch with updates on whether the library services are improving at the Swindon campus.
