(Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one - TopicsExpress

(Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. COLOR - white White is the color most often mentioned in the Scriptures. Besides its descriptive use, it also serves as a symbol of righteousness and spiritual cleanness. (Re 3:4; 7:9, 13, 14) The white horse, as portrayed at Revelation 6:2 and 19:11, symbolizes clean, righteous warfare under Jesus Christ’s direction. (Revelation 3:4) “‘Nevertheless, you do have a few names in Sar′dis that did not defile their outer garments, and they shall walk with me in white ones, because they are worthy. (Revelation 7:9) After these things I saw, and, look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands. (Revelation 7:13, 14) And in response one of the elders said to me: “These who are dressed in the white robes, who are they and where did they come from?” 14So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one that knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones that come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. (Revelation 19:11) And I saw the heaven opened, and, look! a white horse. And the one seated upon it is called Faithful and True, and he judges and carries on war in righteousness. HORSE - war (Job 39:25) As soon as the horn blows it says Aha! And from far off it smells the battle, The uproar of chiefs and the war cry. (Proverbs 21:31) The horse is something prepared for the day of battle, but salvation belongs to Jehovah. (Revelation 19:11) And I saw the heaven opened, and, look! a white horse. And the one seated upon it is called Faithful and True, and he judges and carries on war in righteousness. Bow and arrow. From early times the bow (Heb., qe′sheth; Gr., to′xon) was used in hunting and warfare. (Ge 21:20; 27:3; 48:22; Re 6:2) (Genesis 21:20) And God continued to be with the boy, and he kept growing and dwelling in the wilderness; and he became an archer. (Genesis 27:3) So at this time take, please, your implements, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field and hunt some venison for me. (Genesis 48:22) As for me, I do give you one shoulder [of land] more than to your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Am′or·ites by my sword and by my bow.” (Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. CROWN: Who is given kingship? (John 18:37) Therefore Pilate said to him: “Well, then, are you a king?” Jesus answered: “You yourself are saying that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone that is on the side of the truth listens to my voice.” (Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. CONCLUSION: Horse and bow can refer to war in the Scriptures, and the color white is a symbol for righteousness, so this depicts a righteous war. A crown was given to the king Jesus, so this war evidently starts at the time of Jesus kingship, and the Scripture goes on to say: and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. What was Jesus first conquest as king? (Revelation 12:7-9) And war broke out in heaven: Mi′cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. Did Jesus fight this battle as a human? (Philippians 2:5-8) Keep this mental attitude in YOU that was also in Christ Jesus, 6who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God. 7No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men. 8More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. NOTICE AT Philippians 2:6.......although he was existing in God’s form. Jesus was existing in Gods form before he became flesh, so Jesus was a powerful angel long before he became human. Powerful angel was created a son also a Prince. (Isaiah 9:6) For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. Great prince Michael the archangel. (Daniel 12:1) “And during that time Mi′cha·el will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of your people. And there will certainly occur a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, every one who is found written down in the book. Who is the Lord? (1 Thessalonians 4:1) Finally, brothers, we request YOU and exhort YOU by the Lord Jesus, just as YOU received [the instruction] from us on how YOU ought to walk and please God, just as YOU are in fact walking, that YOU would keep on doing it more fully. (1 Corinthians 8:6) there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him. The Lord Jesus descend from heaven with Gods trumpet. (1 Thessalonians 4:16) because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first. Jesus sends forth his angels with a great trumpet. (Matthew 24:31) And he will send forth his angels with a great trumpet sound, and they will gather his chosen ones together from the four winds, from one extremity of the heavens to their other extremity. Why does Jesus sound this commanding trumpet call? and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first....(1 Thessalonians 4:16) they will gather his chosen ones....(Matthew 24:31) (1 Thessalonians 4:16) because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first. Who has the voice of an archangel?....The archangel has the voice of an archangel, so why does Jesus have the voice of an archangel? (Daniel 12:1) Why is Michael the great prince and not Jesus? (Daniel 12:1) “And during that time Mi′cha·el will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of your people. And there will certainly occur a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, every one who is found written down in the book. Jesus was a human, this Jesus was not human when he was created he was an angel in heaven. Humans cannot live in heaven the only way the man Jesus can go back to heaven is to go back to the angel he originally was at the beginning. Michael means (who is like God) What did Jesus say whom is like God? (John 14:9) Jesus said to him: “Have I been with YOU men so long a time, and yet, Philip, you have not come to know me? He that has seen me has seen the Father [also]. How is it you say, ‘Show us the Father’? In essence Jesus said: The apple does not fall far from the tree. Was Jesus created in heaven as a human man? Flesh and blood cannot live in heaven, and Jesus was flesh. (John 1:14) So the Word became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only-begotten son from a father; and he was full of undeserved kindness and truth. (1 Timothy 3:16) Indeed, the sacred secret of this godly devotion is admittedly great: ‘He was made manifest in flesh, was declared righteous in spirit, appeared to angels, was preached about among nations, was believed upon in [the] world, was received up in glory.’ (Philippians 2:7) No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men. Can Jesus as flesh and blood go back into heaven? No humans cannot live in heaven. (1 Corinthians 15:50) However, this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Does it stand to reason that Jesus was created as an angel and could only go back to heaven as the angel he was originally? MICHAEL - ANGEL.....prince................(Daniel 12:1) JESUS - HUMAN........prince of peace....(Isaiah 9:6) (Isaiah 9:6) For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. Can Jesus be a Mighty God in his human form?..........(Isaiah 9:6) No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men....More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man.....Philippians 2:7 (Philippians 2:5-8) Keep this mental attitude in YOU that was also in Christ Jesus, 6who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God. 7No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men. 8More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. Jesus is Michael. (fact) (Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest.
