The dawn of liberation war led to high economic growth, eliminating mass poverty in what is now considering the developing countries. Bangladesh GDP per person in the year 2009 is 1,487. In 1971, 89.7% of humanity lived on less than a dollar a day, while in 2010, only about 49.6% do. The assignment paper begins with detail information about the poverty, poverty alleviation and activities of government organization to alleviate poverty in Bangladesh. We show the various government organizations and their task in mathematical figure and chart. After that we attempted to show their detail works in the field of removing poverty. Then we tried to find out the difficulties in poverty alleviation in Bangladesh. Finally we recommended resolving those difficulties. This report will endeavor to explain the activities of government organization and to outline existing as well as new solutions to alleviate the poverty in Bangladesh by the works of government organization.
