[Rory] On behalf of the entire Downshift Crew, I want to thank all of you for attending our 5th Anniversary meet, Cinque and making it such a huge success. We want to thank all the entrants for not only providing the amazing amount of top quality builds, but preparing their cars just for this event and showing off what Australia has to offer. Also we would like to thank all of the people who came to spectate and see the event, we put this on for you, for the fans and we hope you enjoyed it. The promo girls and Miss Downshift entrants were all fantastic and managed to draw the biggest crowd of the entire day (even out doing Adams GODZLR getting on the 2 Step) so a big thanks to them for coming out and participating. But our biggest thanks goes to our friends and family who helped us set the event up at the crack of dawn so it would run as smoothly as it did, without them this event would not have run like it did. Big thanks to the P Plater Mods boys for helping out all day and parking cars. We feel from the photos being posted, videos being published and people talking and tagging all over social media that the event was a raving success and we are pleased to have put on a Showcase like this. It has been too long since the Autosalon Events were held and it is about time a proper Australian Showcase of the best of the best cars was held. It has always been a goal of the Downshift brand to implement events much like the American ones that even we idolize so much and we feel this was a fantastic first attempt and we certainly cannot wait to go bigger and better for our 6th Birthday. Expect more cars and more action in 2015, it is going to be killer. Again thank you all so much!!!
