“SATAKE LAGAO ITEM NO 19 : Series against corruption by Cross Town News” PUBLIC TAUGHT A LESSON TO OUTGONE LEGISLATURES JAMMU, Jan 07: Parliamentary/legislative elections in the state had shown importance of an individual voter, who casted his valuable vote against Ministers/MPs/MLAs. Out of 87 Assembly constituencies BJP got 25, Congress 12, National Conference 15, Peoples Democratic Part 28 and 7 by others. It is also pertinent to mention here that out of 6 Parliamentary constituencies 3 gone to BJP followed by 3 to PDP, None to NC/Congress. It clearly speaks of the story that the collation government Ministers did not work for the interests of the individuals so that is why heavy weight sitting Ministers lik Ex. Dy Chief Minister Tara Chand , Raman Bhalla, Sham Lal, Taj Mohi uddin, Ch. Ramzaan, Ajay Sadhotra,Abdul Majid Wani, S.S.Salathia , Sajad Kitchloo lost the battle. Omar Abdullah, Ex. Chief Minister also lost from one seat & won other by a narrow margin. It has been noticed by the public that lot of the Ex. Ministers/ MLAs had amazed huge property because before coming to these positions what was their financial status. Cases of land grabbing, double drawl of petrol & others were registered against some of the sitting ministers but nothing happened. It is a well known fact that when an employee fabricated with a charge of taking Rs. 100 or 500 or constructed a house may be by taking loan from banks/friends etc. removed from the service or a case has been registered against him without hearing them. It is also to mention here that Ex. Dy. Chief Minister of the state was involved in double drawl of petrol as I/C Housing & Urban Development Ministry, which was investigated by VOJ & under a PIL in the Hon’ble High Court. He was not only one, there were some other Cabinet Ministers/Politicians & Beuracrats, who were also involved in other matters like land grabbing, threatening police officers etc. etc. but then also enjoyed the powers on the heads of innocents. Ex. Home Minister slapped an innocent senior KAS officer & no actions. Ex. Minister Cooperatives Manohar Lal Sharma made an attempt to murder S.P/Dy. SP at Billawer and is roaming freely. Officers involved in Roshni Land Scams enjoying the prize postings till date. Let us see how the new government will perform in coming days.
