♥✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿***SHARE SHARE SHARE! ***✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿♥ One beef pot roast, cut of your choice, I use rump roast One box of Lipton beefy onion soup mix Crock Pot You can sear the roast in your skillet first to seal in the juices if you prefer, I stopped doing that and its still very moist. I use one envelope of the dry soup mix and mix with 1 cup of hot water to dissolve it. Put roast in crock pot and pour soup mixture over it. It needs to cook 4 - 6 hours on high (time depends on how big your roast is and if you like it medium or well done...I cook them well done). About half way through cooking time, I turn over the roast and mix the 2nd envelope of dry soup mix with hot water and pour over it. About one hour before the roast is ready I add cut up potatoes and carrots. This pic was taken when we were at the end of the leftovers so it looks like more potatoes than roast, but thats not how it came out.
