DETOX BATH 1/3 cup Epsom salts 1/3 cup sea salt 1/3 cup baking soda 2 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 cup apple cider vinegar Essential oils, if desired Draw a bath with water as hot as you can stand it. As the water is filling the tub, add the dry ingredients and vinegar. Your water may change colors a bit due the ginger and vinegar. Soak in the bath for 30 minutes. I bring a magazine with me.
