✿ SHARE to SAVE on your TIMELINE for LATER use ✿ :) Passion Fruit Slice.... INGREDIENTS: 1 x 250 g packet Arnotts Scotch Finger Biscuits, 1 x 395 g can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 x 300 ml carton thickened cream, 2 teaspoons of gelatine dissolved in hot water, 2-3 fresh passion fruit or 1 small can passion fruit pulp. DIRECTIONS: *Line a baking tray with baking paper and lay down scotch finger biscuits. *Whip the cream and add the rest of the ingredients and fold in using a wooden spoon. *Spread the mixture over the biscuits. *Pour the passion fruit pulp on top. *Place in the fridge until set.
