#SILVER closed lower on Thursday. The low-range close set the stage for a steady to lower opening when Fridays night session begins trading. Stochastics and the RSI are neutral to bullish signaling that a low might be in or is near. Closes above the 20-day moving average crossing would confirm that a short-term low has been posted. If it renews the decline off Februarys high, the reaction low crossing is the next downside target.
