#SMOLOV week #3. 73.5kgs for 4x9. So after debating wether or not to do this infamous 13 week squat program that has the reputation of death under the bar, Im running with it. This is the start of my week 3 of 13. From here on it its squatting 4x per week all different rep ranges and percentages in accordance to my 1RM. I have worked it all out on less than my 1RM as recommended and gone with 105kg instead of 110kg I squatted a while back. Havent tested a 1rm in a while. Not sure if Ill make it through the entire program but Im going to give it a good crack. Who has done this program and what recommendations do you have for combatting soreness and injury? @nickcheadlefitness Ive followed your journey through it and can only hope I see the improvements you did.
