*SOLD!* ...15 sold vehicles in the month of September! We may offer 15 different services but seeing a car through to the point of sale has always been my favorite. Thank you to Jamie Levecque of Westbrook for choosing UAC, LLC to get her 06 Lincoln Zephyr sold. This 06 Lincoln took us 15 days to get sold once we had it all prepped and front line ready. The Levecque family is a lot of fun and have become great customers of ours! Jamies Dad (Peter Levecque, who owns Burns Fencing in Westbrook) opted to use us to get his BMW 645Ci sold, a deal we completed back on Aug. 20th. Peter is a shrewd businessman and sometimes a deal with a guy like Peter can be the most rewarding. Bottom line, Peter expected value and getting a text from him tonight where he thanked me for the process is what its about. V-A-L-U-E is the key to what we do, and when our customers can see that for themselves there is no larger reward. This was another very clean vehicle that went completely through the shop and I shook this one down from tip to tail before it went to our detail bay for its final touches. The Lincoln Zephyr was built from 06-09 and is the predecessor to the 10 MKZ which looks very close to this car. It replaced the LS. This 2006 sailed with 119k mi. (as seen on the odometer photo) and Jamie purchased it from the dealership on 11/2/10 when it had 58,729 mi. This car is available in one trim level and is equipped with the 221hp 3.0L V6 and a 6sp auto. transmission. It is front wheel drive unlike the former LS which it replaced. Lincoln built this car as an entry-level luxury sedan intended to appeal to a younger generation of luxury car buyers which was surely the appeal when Jamie selected it. The Zephyr was the platform-mate for the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan (in case it looks familiar to you). It has leather, auto climate control, cruise, a leather wrapped wheel with audio controls, ABS, traction control, a sunroof, chrome wheels, and much more. What did I do to the car to prep it for sale? The list of that and its most recent maintenance items are as follows: 1. 4 new all-season tires within the last few thousand miles 2. new front brake pads and rotors within the last 50 mi. of driving 3. new wiper blades within the last 50 mi. of driving 4. brand new matching tan carpeted front and rear floor mats 5. new front bumper 6. new tinted acrylic license plate covers 7. a complete and comprehensive auto detailing including clay bar, hand wax, engine clean, & interior detail This car wasnt smoked in, came from a pet-free home, and needed nothing at the time of delivery today in order to pass inspection. I personally drove this car for about 100 mi. and its as smooth as can be. This car was delivered with all of the factory books/manuals, a new paint stick recently picked up from Rowe Ford/Lincoln, and both keys/key fobs. Have automotive needs?
