~ SOO.. I was in TSC and a lady came in with a little boy.. She was trying to find him his first pair of boots & asked if I knew much about it b/ c she didnt.. I helped them find the right pair.. But then.. A man said.. And I quote... That boy dont stand a chance.. Hell grow up to be a sissy. I asked Why do you think that? he replied Because it looks like he hangs out with his Mama too much.. He wont know how to be a man.. I cant quote the conversation from that point on, but I can tell you that he left that store much more enlightened than he came in... Seriously?? It is very rare that I take offense to anything, but this stereotyping of a single Mama just seriously brought out the Single Mama Bear in me...he did apologize , to which I responded..
