**SOS** Krewe de Rescue is once again responding to an emergency call for help - and we are issuing our own emergency call for help. 11 Chihuahuas were dumped yesterday in a rural area in West Mobile. (We are thinking they were dumped by a breeder). KdR is taking in these poor souls, including a senior male and females - and some of the females are pregnant. Being the small rescue that we are, we always struggle to keep our head above water financially, and anytime we take in a group of dogs - especially with all of the unknown regarding pregnant ones - it puts us under the gun once again to stay financially stable so that we can continue our work. So, we are reaching out once again to our village of animal lovers for assistance in vetting these deserving dogs that were apparently used for financial gain - and then tossed away like garbage. We want...make that NEED to get these babies healthy so they can be adopted, put their previously neglected lives behind them and live out their lives in loving homes.
