***STOP*** AND READ THIS! I am going to say something that has really been weighing on my heart tonight, and for some reason this didnt really hit me until now. This is from my wreck back in 2009. Needless to say, we went off about a 60ft bank, the right side of the truck hit one tree in mid air, then the left side hit another tree in mid air, we then hit a pine tree head on at the bottom...which is what stopped us. I SHOULD NOT BE HERE. Ive heard these words time and time again, but for some reason they havent been this prominent in my mind until now. It almost makes me feel negligent to what God was and is trying to show me. NOT EVERYONE makes it out as I did. I honestly dont know if I would have went to Heaven if I would have died that day. Do you even understand how scary that is to think that I possibly could have spent an eternity in a place called hell if God would not have had His hand upon me that day? GOD HAD HIS HAND ON ME, please think about what I am saying. I WAS NOT LUCKY, I WAS GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE. You want to know why I was given a second chance, because God foreseen the future. He had and HAS a plan for me. Granted I have been a back slider on and off since this wreck, but this year I have FINALLY gave my entire life and my all to Jesus. When you COMPLETELY hand your life over to God he brings you to some SERIOUS REALIZATION of some things that you never thought about before then. He takes the blinders of the world off, and lets you begin seeing things through His eyes. I was blind, but now I see yeah, well I was blind, but God has let me see and is letting me see. I should be dead, but God seen fit to keep me here on this earth, because He knew that I had the potential to carry out His will and the plan that he has so carefully designed just for me. GUESS WHAT, He has a plan that He has carefully designed for each and every one of us. For those of you who thinks that you dont have a purpose you are so wrong, for those of you who wants to take your life by your own hand, you are wrong. Those are the Devils lies telling you that. God knew about you before you were even born it even says so right here in Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. HE HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE DONE OR WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN...IT ONLY MATTERS WHERE YOU ARE GOING...READ THIS: Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for GOOD to them that LOVE GOD, to them who are the CALLED according to HIS PURPOSE. God has a purpose for you, and when you give it all to Him and accept Him as your Savior, things can only turn out good. Granted, its not all going to be easy, but God doesnt always calm the storm around you, but He WILL calm His child in the storm. He will give you the patience, courage, boldness, strength, perseverance, wisdom, and the ability to love and forgive in measures that you cant even dream of. He will NEVER forsake you or leave your side. You may go through some valleys, but just imagine how glorious that mountain top is when you get there. How in the world do you think that you can help someone who is in a valley if youve never been in and over come one yourself? God lets us go through trials and tribulations so we can look to Him for everything. We dont hold God up; He holds us up. God only wants a soldier that He can trust. If a soldier in the army acted bold when the war was calm, but ran the other way when he or she was put on the front lines of attack, then how would we defend our country? I know for a fact that you wouldnt want them defending us. God wants soldiers in His army that wont only be bold and courageous during the good times, but the soldiers that will stand strong during the battles as well. In other words you are still going to have to go through things as a Child of The King, so you can build your spiritual stamina. The more that you look to Jesus for everything the stronger you become through Him. This way, you can be a soldier for Christ and have the ability to help others and tell them about what Christ has done for you and can do for them. You CANNOT pick someone up out of something when you have never been picked up out of something yourself. THINK ABOUT THAT. God carefully made you, He made you good. God DOES NOT take out the time to make JUNK. Junk is of this world, and the Devil is of this world...the prince of darkness, but my Jesus reigns forever more. The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords holds my last breath and my last heart beat in His hand, but not only does He hold that. He holds my prize which is in Heaven and that is eternal life. To spend out the rest of my days in Heaven forever and ever. He holds the power to give man free will. He has given us free will. He has given man free will to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and to go spend eternity in Heaven, but He has also given man free will to send himself to spend eternity in a place called Hell. Its your choice, not Gods. He stands and waits for you with open arms. Once you give it all to Him, and keep Him this is what happens: John 11:28 AND I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE; AND THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH, NEITHER SHALL ANY MAN PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY HAND. Romans 8 38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. I suppose that what I am saying is that you do not know when your time to leave this world shall come. You dont know when you will draw your last breath or when your heart shall beat its last beat, only the Lord knows. God is a gentleman and isnt going to throw you against the wall and say surrender to me. He is kind enough to patiently wait for you, it says so here: Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Hes knocking at the door of your heart...Hes only going to wait for so long, and just remember He gave you free will to accept Him and spend eternity in Heaven, or turn Him down and go to a place where youll spend eternity in torment.
