✅SUNDAY: PiYo Push-Up Challenge --------------------------------------------- Are you interested in a fun, little challenge that could lead to a FREE copy of PiYo as the prize? If YES, then keep reading on. Starting today (08.03.2014) for the next month I am going to share a new move each Sunday afternoon from PiYo on my social media accounts. I would like to challenge YOU to try each of these moves with a friend and take a picture or a video of you completing the exercise! Following the end of the month, I am going to randomly select a winner who has completed the 4 moves from the challenge to receive a FREE copy of the PiYo workout program. Sound good? --------------------------------------------- WEEK 1: PiYo PUSH-UP Preview this incredibly fun full-body exercise from PiYo! The PiYo Push-Up is definitely one of my favorite moves from #ChaleneJohnson’s new, in-home workout series. In order to complete the move, start standing up and slowly roll down to the floor, walking out with your hands in 3 steps to plank position. Once in plank, make sure your arms are aligned with your body with the elbows facing backward. Slowly complete one tricep push-up. (Note: If you need to modify, please place your knees down and rest your body weight on the front of the thigh, so as to protect your knee joints.) Following the tricep push-up, walk your hands back to your feet and slowly roll up, while keeping the chin tucked to standing position. Lastly, raise your arms to the sky and slowly sit yourself back into chair position keeping your back flat and making sure to keep the knees over the ankles. ✅Repeat! --------------------------------------------- michellemarchfitness ---------------------------------------------
