► SUPERINTENDENT - PROCESS PLANT ELECTRICAL Reporting to the Ore Processing Manager, this highly visible critical role is responsible for the leadership of a large team of maintenance coordinators, supervisors and tradesmen within the processing plant. You will oversee the electrical and instrumentation maintenance of the processing plant, ensuring the implementation and delivery of best practice electrical maintenance standards and ensure optimum equipment availability and reliability. In addition to providing technical expertise to the operation, you will also assume accountability for the management of a significant budget. To be considered for this role, you should bring with you significant experience in a fixed plant electrical maintenance environment, supported by an Electrical/Instrument Trade qualification and/or a higher certification in an Electrical Engineering discipline. Experience in mining or a similar industry, where pressurised oxidisation processes are utilised, would be a distinct advantage. Your ability to drive a maintenance section in a technically challenging and geographically remote environment combined with demonstrated leadership experience will see you well placed for success in this role.
