~Schizophrenic Bunny Hes Coming- Five years. That’s how long it’s been since I saw my wife. Everyone sees her but me. I come home every day with coffee for her before she goes to work. She works nights at the local hospital. It’s always a long day at work, so I set her coffee on the counter and stretch out in bed. In the morning, she wakes me up as she gets home from work, before my alarm clock goes off. She kisses my forehead and crawls into bed. I get up, make some coffee and go to work. Then I get home, put her coffee on the counter and stretch out in bed. The only thing is... she’s dead. No one else knows. They see her every day. She communicates and leaves behind traces she was there, but she’s not. Five years ago, it was dark and she was stressed driving home. She was driving along the back roads when she slammed on her brakes for an animal, or so she thought. The shocks were old on the 1992 Cadillac she got from her father; she was stranded. She got out of the car, and that animal... yeah, you remember. It wasn’t an animal. Whatever he was, he killed her. No one believes me, they call me insane, and they say shes right next to me. I got used to it and, in a state of mental shock, did everything I did for her before the accident: got her the coffee and believed she was there as everyone told me. But she ISN’T. She’s not there, she’s dead. They diagnosed me with schizophrenia last Tuesday and threw me in a mental ward. I’m not crazy. It’s just... I know the truth. Always remember this: I’m not insane, she’s dead, and he’s coming.
