**Semi Long reality check post** The moment Shaun T tells you: I believe in you! It never gets old for me... I am a long ways with my journey to a healthier me- in fact if you look closely- you see my body jiggle... Yes it jiggles a lot!!! As Im taking it one day at a time, I see layers and layers of who I thought I was slowly peeling away. You see over the years Ive built up a wall surrounding who I am. As Im continually maxing out with Insanity Max 30... The bricks are coming down one by one... I dont even know how tall or how wide this wall I have built around me is... All I know is- its crumbling down slowly.... And each day #imaxedout there are times that I break down and cry because truly the fight is within my head... Our bodies can go longer if we allow our minds to go further. Friday Fight Round 2 was at 4:55. You may have walls built around you too- if youll allow me to help you... Together we can max out and release our best person yet. Its a tough, long, arduous journey but I can tell you every second, every minute of it is worth it. Join me because I too, believe in you.
