Grace Poe When you become the President on June 30, 2016, I wish to suggest respectfully that you please send to the PH Congress a priority draft of a bill mandating assistance to the families of deceased Filipino Presidents if they want to create a Presidential Library for the departed leader. I wrote this idea in this article mabuhayradio/philippine-presidency/a-presidential-library-is-the-ideal-resting-place-for-ferdinand-e-marcos By this suggestion, the Filipino people would by then give Mr. Marcos a final resting place and the history of his martial-law regime declared on Sept. 21, 1972, could be displayed at the Marcos Presidential Library and other notes about his presidency.
