#ServantTraits My observation of Government Servants is, that a vast majority of the efficient officers share two specific traits. 1 Capable of openly holding out threats of physical & mental torture to subordinates interspersed with menacing snarl. 2. Open and demonstrative prostration before powers to be often bordering shamelessness. Between the above two, the intensity is many times greater in case of the latter.
