***Service Advisor*** Our Client, an Automotive Main Dealer, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor to be part of their successful and productive Service Team. You will ideally live within Exeter, or be able to travel to the Exeter area, and not only be experienced as a Service Advisor within the Motor Trade, but also used to and experienced in working in a very high-pressure and target focused environment. A key customer facing role, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the service department. You will require excellent communication skills along with the ability to up-sell on products and services to the customer. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be very efficient to ensure customer records are accurately recorded. A customer-focused individual, you will look to build solid working relationships, controlling and managing any customer issues that may arise, ensuring a positive resolution to ensure the highest degree of customer experience and loyalty. You will be enthusiastic with the desire to achieve the highest possible standard of personalised customer care in line with the very high standards set out by the brand.
