The Journey is a piano ballad with powerful lyrics by Dr. Rommel Cocoy Ramilo and a heartfelt music arranged by singer and songwriter Elmer Blancaflor. This song is an excellent source of inspiration particularly if you are stuck with some problem you can’t find a workaround for. This beautiful song can give you a new perspective, trusting in Jesus alone...knowing that He has perfect plans for us when we cant seem to find His helping hand. Incredible editing and smart directing by our music video director (also for film and television) L.a. Madridejos, together with our underwater director (film and television actor) Jess Jr Lapid. So symbolic, so powerful. And needless to say, Gerald Santos (who was the 2006 grand champion of Pinoy Pop Superstar) interpreted the song with an incredible vocal range...he digs down to the depth of his soul. The Journey is the main theme for the San Pedro Calungsud-The Musical. Such a beautiful song. Probably one of the most simple, yet beautiful music videos ever made. There is no need for words.
