"Shepherd me, O God, beyond my wants, beyond my fears, from death into life." In the midst of a very fragile day my heart sings and meditates on the Twenty Third Psalm; "God is my Shepherd, so nothing shall I want, I rest in the meadows of faithfulness and love, I walk by the quiet waters of peace." Jesus, my faithful Shepherd gently raises me and heals my weary soul. He leads me in pathways of righteousness and truth. My spirit shall sing the music of His Name! Though I should wander the valley of death, I fear no evil for He is at my side. His rod and staff, my comfort and my hope. My loving Shepherd, You have set me a banquet of Your Love! In the face of all my challenges, You crown me with Love beyond my power to hold. Surely Your kindness and mercy follow me all the days of my life. I will dwell in the house of The Lord forever! The Lord is my hope ad my glory. The Lord is the song that I sing. So tender and loving a Shepherd, so rooted in justice, a king. When shadows confuse my vision, when sorrow lays claim to my heart, God is my refuge, my rock and my shield; To Him do I give all my heart! In His Love!
