#Shootatsight Good Morning to all my EC family. First of all before describing about my dish i want to thank Gaurav and all the other admins and Supremos for motivating for this event.I have finally managed to do cook new marvels . And trust me all these were cooked yesterday evening in the span of 3 hours.Not that i was never interested in the event but was trapped by fever and just recovered yesterday . After browsing through all the lovely posts the cook inside me awakened . I had to give it a shot and with no advance planning nor any idea whats gonna cook in my kitchen... i rushed to the market and got sorted with all the ingrediensts and back home. As and when i started working ideas flew in and today i will flow these with you all. Hope You all will like my experiment as much as i enjoyed preparing them. My first dish is Marinated quintessential grilled Cottage Cheese(Paneer) accompanied with roasted bell peppers ..cherry tomatoes with burnt red pepper and tomato sauce ..raw mango salsa .. finally lazing on the bed of fresh lettuce.
