Boooootyyyyy!!! ♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨ This was from Day 24 of my #NewRear Challenge and these are Leg Lift Rainbows, from Brazil Butt Lift! Get on your hands and knees and then extend your right leg straight, taking it to the outside of your body, with your toes on the floor. Then, lift your leg in the shape of a rainbow, taking your foot as far left as possible. Return back to start and continue for 30 seconds. Then, switch legs. THEN, do it AGAIN, for a total of 2 minutes.
